THOMAS & CO. is a chronicle of chaos; in other words, the everyday life of an average fifth grader.

Thomas, Chloe, Zac, Ian and Latifa come from very different backgrounds, but they have one thing in common - fear of the unknown, namely what happens between age 12 and 80.

Together, they will have to learn to grow up and to bridge the gap between their naïve nature and their first confrontations with the values of the adult world.

Through the kids adventures THOMAS & CO. will address a large variety of everyday subjects like a first love, telling mom you’ve had it with piano, parents that split up, bullying at school. subjects that touch kids very closely and that they rarely have an opportunity to discuss with adults.

We developed the series in collaboration with a secondary school in the suburbs of Paris. It was a great way to get back into the swing of things - how the kids talked, what music they listened to… It also brought back a lot of childhood memories of our own.

We worked hard on the backgrounds to give the show a strong sense of reality, something the kids could really relate to. All the designs were inspired from existing locations.
